By accessing or using RupeeGate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all creators, audience members, and visitors of the platform.
RupeeGate provides access management infrastructure for creators. Our platform enables creators to:
RupeeGate works with any type of digital community or content — private groups, channels, courses, live sessions, digital libraries, exclusive events, and more. We are infrastructure — not a content platform.
Critical distinction: RupeeGate is an access management tool, not a payment processor. We do not process, hold, or transfer funds. All payments are made directly between creators and their audience using payment methods of their choice. RupeeGate is not a party to any financial transaction.
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Account identifiers are permanently associated with your account history including subscription tier and usage records. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
When an audience member submits a payment claim, you are responsible for verifying it before approving access. RupeeGate does not verify payments on your behalf. Approving a fraudulent or unverified payment claim is your responsibility, not RupeeGate's.
You may not use RupeeGate to sell access to content that violates any applicable law, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal adult content, facilitates fraud or pyramid schemes, or promotes violence or hate speech.
Access to a creator's community or content is granted at the creator's sole discretion. RupeeGate cannot compel a creator to grant or maintain access. Disputes about access are between you and the creator.
RupeeGate cannot process refunds as we do not hold funds. For payment disputes: first contact the creator directly, then contact your bank or payment service provider. For suspected fraud, file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
RupeeGate offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription plans for creators. Features and limits are as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Subscription limits are enforced per account and are not transferable. Attempting to circumvent limits through account deletion and re-creation, multiple account creation, or other means is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension.
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, impersonate any person or entity, attempt unauthorised access to the platform, use automated means to scrape or abuse the platform, interfere with the proper functioning of the service, submit false information, or use the platform to facilitate financial fraud of any kind.
RupeeGate's platform, software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission. Creators retain all rights to their own content — RupeeGate claims no ownership over content sold through the platform.
RupeeGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for losses arising from payment disputes between creators and audience members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: our liability is limited to fees paid to RupeeGate in the 3 months preceding any claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; we are not liable for payment disputes between creators and their audience; we are not liable for content sold by creators through our platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. For paid subscribers terminated due to our error, we will provide a pro-rated refund. No refund is provided for terminations due to Terms violations. You may close your account at any time through the platform settings — closure requests are processed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through our support channel.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
